Jaideep heads the investment team at ACP Partners and joined ACPI in 2015. As a Director his role encompasses identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, project structuring and portfolio management. Jaideep is a investment professional and has developed and led businesses within financial solutions across structuring, special-situation investing, structured financing and direct lending. During his career, he has deployed capital in excess of US$ 1BN across various industries and geographies. Before joining ACPI, Jaideep was a Managing Director at UBS, London.

Jaideep earned a Master’s in Business Administration from George Mason University in 1991, and a Bachelor of Science from Delhi University in 1988.

Meriem is a Consultant of ACP having joined ACPI in 2009, she is the COO, acting compliance officer and a member of the investment team.

She was responsible for developing the Principal Investment activities at ACPI which included investment analysis, corporate governance, project structuring, legal coordination, project management & monitoring and investor relations. She has structured and organised the deployment of over US$ 500m of capital in multiple transactions across sectors such as real estate, technology, financial companies, industry and structured finance in Europe, the US, India and Brazil.

Meriem earned a Maitrise in Management from Université Paris IX Dauphine in 2002, a DEA in Management Sciences (Finance) from the Université Paris II Panthéon Assas in 2003 and an MSc in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2005.

Alok co-founded ACPI in 2001 now serves as Consultant for ACP Partners and the Executive Chairman at Everstone Capital Asia.

Before founding ACPI, Alok had a 14-year career with Goldman Sachs, culminating as Head of International Private Wealth Management. Previous roles included Co-Chief Operating Officer of Global Private Client Services (New York) and Head of Private Client Services for Asia (Hong Kong). He was named a Partner of the firm in 1996.

Alok earned both a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s of Science from Cornell University in 1987 and 1986, respectively. He is a trustee of the Agastya Foundation, which offers hands-on science education programmes to rural schools in southern India.

William joined ACPI in 2016 in the Principal Investments Team, having previously spent two years in the Industrials Investment Banking Division at Citigroup working across the M&A deal spectrum. In 2020 William joined Everstone Group in Singapore.

In addition to deal management and supervision, William provides research, data and model analysis as well as operational, corporate and administrative support for the Principal Investments Team.

William graduated from University College London with a BSc Hons in Biological Sciences. William is a CFA Charterholder, an approved FCA professional and UK IMC holder.
